Touch and hold your iPhone lock screen, tap Customize, then tap Lock Screen. Tap the widget area, choose Alma and add the verse widget.

Alma uses Apple's Screen Time technology to lock the apps you choose. Your app selection stays on your device and never reaches us.

Your chosen apps stay locked until you complete your daily prayer. They lock again at midnight, so every day starts with God.

Alma is a gentle guide, not a prison. You choose which apps to lock and when. The pause is there to break the autopilot, and most people find that's enough.

Check in your iPhone Settings that Screen Time access for Alma is still on, and check in Alma that the apps are selected. Restart your iPhone if the problem continues. Still not working? Write to media@almaprayer.com with your iPhone model and iOS version.

In the US, Alma Plus starts at $3.99 per week or $39.99 per year. Prices can differ by country and offer, and the App Store shows your price before you confirm. You can cancel anytime.

If you subscribed in the app, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions and choose Alma. If you subscribed on almaprayer.com, sign in to My account and cancel there.

Apple handles refunds for purchases in the App Store. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases on almaprayer.com, write to media@almaprayer.com.

Make sure you use the same Apple ID, or the same account on almaprayer.com, that you used to subscribe. If Alma Plus still does not show, write to media@almaprayer.com with the date of your purchase.

Sign in to My account on almaprayer.com and choose to delete your account. This also cancels a subscription you made on the website. A subscription from the App Store must be cancelled in your iPhone Settings.
